Custom Sock Ordering Policies:

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS: 12 pairs per size.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Custom socks are designed and manufactured especially for you. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits once we send your order to the factory for production.

CUSTOM SOCK ORDER APPROVAL POLICY: We will send you an order approval form to sign and return to us via e-mail or fax. Expect this form within 24 hours during the work week and on the following business day after a holiday or weekend. If you do not receive this form in the time frame indicated above, please call us so we can arrange to get another one faxed or sent to you. This Custom Sock Order Approval Form is your actual order that gets sent to the factory for production. Please proof it carefully for errors in quantities, sizes, style, colors, shipping address, etc. Without this signed form, we can not proceed with your order. Your order will be placed on hold or cancelled if this signed form is not returned within 3-4 days once we have sent it to you. Your order will be placed in the production schedule once this signed form is returned back. Custom socks can take up to 10-15 business days to make, and we can not expedite this production time, all you can do is expedite the way we ship your order once the order is completed.

Pear Sox Size Everyone varies in size. To get a better measurement, measure from the tip of the toe along the bottom of the foot and up the back of the leg. Then match that measurement to the tube length.
